Smartset recently covered an interesting event in Sydney held at The Wharf Restaurant with international guest chef Fergus Henderson. Fergus is known for his awesome ability to use all the parts of the pig, and not just the obviously tasty ones. Guests experienced the Fergus Henderson celebration of the pig from nose to tail with 3 inspired courses at the skilful hands of Tim Pak Poy, Aaron Ross, Adam Shepherd and the Wharf team.
